Many Americans are unaware that the ISIS Terrorist Organization has taken control of the Oil Industry in Northeastern Syria and Northern Western Iraq. The day the Russian Jet Fighter was shot down by Turkey's military, the Russian Jet Fighter was racing to intercept an ISIS Oil convoy of tanker trucks. Now that Russia has been trying to target these convoys of stolen Oil, which Fund ISIS. Presiden...t Obama has labelled these tanker trucks as "Civilian Targets" and "Aid Convoys", which should not be targetted by Russia or anyone else.
